Information we process

The service may process engineering requirements, searches, calculation inputs and results, source links, supplier profile information, company-claim details, uploaded documents when that feature is enabled, and basic security and diagnostic data needed to operate and protect the platform.

How information is used

We use this information to return engineering results and cited sources, maintain supplier and knowledge records, review company claims, secure the service, diagnose errors, and respond to support or legal requests. Rate-limit identities are stored as one-way hashes rather than raw identifiers.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate the platform. Supplier sessions expire after 12 hours. Other records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security.

To request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask a privacy question, email support@visionsystem.org. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
